William J. “Bo” O’Hare age 66 of Canonsburg passed away peacefully at 7:17pm Thursday June 7, 2018 in his home following and extended illness. He was born May 6, 1952 in Canonsburg a son of William O’Hare of Muse and the late Leona Louise Deliere O’Hare. He lived his entire life in Muse, where he was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church and was a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. Bo had been employed for many years at Jeffrey’s Drug Store prior to his illness. He enjoyed wood crafting and working on cars and was instrumental in starting the youth baseball league in Cecil Twp.
On May 17, 1972 he married Karen McDonald who survives. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his son Eric W. O’Hare at home, four sisters; Beverly Baselj and her husband Vincent of Bridgeville, Colleen Progar of Bridgeville, Anna Marie O’Hare of Muse and Jacklyn Mitchell and her husband Thomas of Cecil, his granddaughter Kaylan O’Hare, two grandsons; Hudson and Connor Calhoun and several nieces, nephews, aunt’s uncles and cousins. Deceased in addition to his mother is his son Jeffrey “Bucky” O’Hare who passed away November 29, 1993.
Friends and family are welcome from 2-8 pm Monday June 11, 2018 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor and Darla Tripoli LFD 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where a blessing service will be held at 9:10 am Tuesday June 12, 2018, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Rosary Church Muse, with reverend George T.
