William L. "Billy" Camerson age 63 of Muse, died unexpectedly Monday, April 20, 2009 at 3:08 AM in Canonsburg General Hospital.
He was born July 12, 1945 in Canonsburg Hospital the son of the late Charles C. and Hazel B. Hizer Camerson.
Mr. Camerson graduated from Canon- McMillan High School class of 1967.
He retired from Edward Strnisa's Cement Company.
Mr. Camerson was Catholic by faith and live most of his life in Muse.
He belonged to Muse Italian Club, White Eagles, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 191 and Post 2026 and PNU.
Billy enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing he also enjoyed country music, dancing, gardening and all Canon- McMillan sports, especially while his children played.
Billy was a devoted husband and father.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Joanne Krashna, who he married on March 3, 2000.
Also surviving are one son Christopher Camerson of Muse; daughter, Cayla Camerson of Muse;two stepdaughters, Shannon (Mike) Markley of Washington; Cassie Loughry of Canonsburg; two brothers, Jack Camerson of Canonsburg; Jay (Patricia) Camerson of Muse; five sisters, Lillian Camerson of Houston; Wynette "Pappy" Andy of McMurray; Hazel Pust of Bethel Park; Ellien "Fay" (Dick) Jackson of Canonsburg; Virginia "Ginger" (Bill) Danyo of Cecil and 19 nieces and nephews.
Deceased besides his parents are sister, Eula Mae McElhany, two brothers, Charles Carl Camerson, Jr. and James Joseph Camerson and his first wife Antoinette "Toni" Chiaverini, who died June 30 1995.
Friends are welcome on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/ supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, where a Blessing Service will be held at 9:30AM followed by, Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM in Holy Rosary Church, Muse, with Father George DeVille as celebrant. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
