Virginia Carol (Sickles) Dellorso

Virginia Carol Dellorso, 78 of Eighty-Four passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center in Canonsburg.

She was born on May 27, 1938 in Fallowfield Township to James and Marjorie Carroll Sickles who preceded her in death.

On March 9, 1959 she married John P. Dellorso, Jr., who survives.

Mrs. Dellorso was co-owner alongside her husband of San-Dell Kitchens for many years until her retirement.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending as much time with her family as she could. When she was able she enjoyed being in her garden and bird watching.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son John Paul Dellorso, III (Vida) of Eighty-Four, two daughters Jacqueline “Jackie” Milbower (Fran) of Mason, Ohio and Becky L. Diamond (John) of Washington, a sister Gladys Miller of Eighty Four, seven grandchildren Jamie Milbower (Melissa), Beth Dellorso, Katie Milbower, Michael Dellorso, Breck Diamond, Jesse Diamond and Max Dellorso, and two great granddaughters Sophia and Audrey Milbower.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Laura Elish and Betty Sanders.

Friends are welcome from 2~8 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120 where a Blessing Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, Interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
