Victoria A. "Vicky" Arnone

Victoria A. “Vicky” Arnone age 82 of Houston, passed away peacefully Monday, March 10, 2025, in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. She was born on December 1, 1942, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late John and Helen Carroll Oliverio. Vicky was Roman Catholic and was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School. She had been employed for many years as a cashier at Foodland prior to her retirement and was a member of the American Legion Post 902 Ladies Auxiliary. Vicky enjoyed going to the casino, traveling and sitting on the porch with friends and most of all spending time with her beloved family. On July 24, 1970, she married Anthony E. “Tony” Arnone who died May 21, 2014, after 44 years of marriage. Left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved children Mark J. (Joni) Bushmire of Canonsburg, Bryan (Nancy) Bushmire of Stewartstown and John (Hope) Bushmire of Hiram Ga. Grandchildren Zachary (Anna) Bushmire, Troy (Brittany) Bushmire, Alyssa (Jeremy) Alexander, Victoria (Justin) Deardorff, Brittany (Malcolm) Smith, Chelsea Bushmire, and Nichole Bushmire, 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Vicky was the last of her immediate family. Deceased in addition to her husband and parents is her infant son Anthony E Arnone Jr., brother John R. Oliverio and her sister, Sandra “Sandy” Phillips.

 Friends and family are welcome from 3 pm until 7 pm on Thursday March 13, 2025, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, where Catholic blessing services will be held at 10 am Friday March 14, 2025.
