Shirley Kay "Shag" "Gigi" Boyd Garber 72 of Muse, died Thursday, November 13, 2088 at 11:05 am in Washington Hospital surrounded by her family.
She was employed as a registered nurse at Woodville State Hospital for 33 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Terry K. Garber and Melody K. (Christopher T.) Berger both of Canonsburg. She is also survived by brother, Robert "Bubble Gum" (Colleen) Boyd of Canonsburg.
Friends will be received on Sunday, November 16, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120. Additional visitation will be held on Monday, November 17, 2008 from noon to 1:00 pm the time of the service in Muse Presbyterian Church, with Pastor Linda Mankey as celebrated. Please meet the family at church on Monday at noon. Interment will follow at Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
