Sandra "Sandy" Yatsko age 64 of Canonsburg, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 03, 2013 in Country Meadows of South Hills.
She was born May 13, 1948 in Greensburg, the daughter of the late Robert S. and Ruth Koter Elder.
Mrs. Yatsko was a graduate of Hempfield High School class of 1966. After moving to Canonsburg, where she lived most of her life, was a member of Center Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Yatsko enjoyed gardening, especially her flowers but most of all spending time with her granddaughters. She was totally dedicated to her family.
On December 23, 1967 she married her beloved husband Larry A. Yatsko, just celebrating 45 years, who survives. Also surviving are son, Larry A. (Maria) Yatsko, Jr. of Canonsburg; two granddaughters, Morgan and Karsyn Yatsko and one sister.
Friends are welcome on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120. Service and burial will be private.
