Samuel H. Sylvester

Samuel H. Sylvester age 66 of McMurray formerly of Pittsburgh, died unexpectedly Wednesday November 24, 2010 in his home. He was born November 20, 1944 in Pittsburgh a son of the late Samuel and Clara Botta Sylvester. Mr. Sylvester lived the past 15 years in the Canonsburg area and most of his life in Pittsburgh where he had been employed with the Yellow Cab Company and a taxi driver. He was Catholic.
Surviving are his sister Maureen (George) Bertolet of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a brother Richard (Maxine) Sylvester of North Strabane Twp., a half sister Sandra Lee Cook of Collier Twp. a half brother Samuel Sylvester of Houston, his devoted friend and companion Carla Carlos of McMurray and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are welcome from 4-8pm Friday in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120 where a blessing service will be held at noon Saturday November 27, 2020. Interment will follow in Mt.
