Rose G. Irwin, 82 of Scenery Hill passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born on April 11, 1935 in McDonald to Adam and Mary Stasiak Guter who preceded her in death.
She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Canonsburg, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers and Women’s Guild and did a great deal of volunteer work to support her parish.
Ms. Irwin was a country western singer who was a member of the country band Rosemarie and the Rhythm Ranch Boys and traveled the area quite extensively in the 1970’s.
She is survived by her sons Deno Partozoti (Sharon) of Washington, Dana Partozoti of Washington and Darrell Partozoti of Colorado, her brother Theodore Guter (Pat) her sister Mary Hart (Mike) of McDonald her grandson Derek A. Partozoti and her former husband Robert Irwin of Eighty-Four.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Walter and Stanley Guter and her sisters Julie Latinie, Dolly Endler, Helen Fisher, Josephine Vucharo and a sister Shirley Ann Guter who died in infancy.
Friends are welcome from 2~4 PM and 6~8 PM on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120 where a Blessing Service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, November 3, 2017. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
