Roland C. DiTullio age 94 of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully Monday February 17, 2025, in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. He was born on October 8, 1930, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Joseph and Filomena Porcaro DiTullio. Mr. DiTullio lived his life in Canonsburg, was a graduate of Canonsburg High School and a faithful member of St. Oscar Romero Parish, St. Patrick Church. Roland proudly served with the United States Army, during the Koren War and was honorably discharged with the rank of Seargent. Prior to his retirement he had been Superintendent of the Canonsburg Post Office, where he had been employed for many years. He was a member of the VFW Post 191, the American Legion Post 253 and the St. Vincent DePaul Society. He was coordinator of the Canonsburg Food Band and was one of the original founders with Sam Zampan. On November 15, 1952, he married Marjory Neil who survives after 72 years together. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his son Dante (Lynne) DiTullio of Vancouver Washington, his son-in-law Keith Beppler of Canonsburg, his beloved grandchildren Benjamin (Christina) Beppler and their children Lucy, Blake and Lauren, Bethany (Benjamin) Adams, and her children Penelopie and Everett, Sarah DiTullio and her husband Fen Kuntz, Dr. David DiTullio and several nieces and nephews. Mr. DiTullio was the last of his immediate family. Deceased in addition to his parents, is his daughter Diane Beppler who passed away December 17, 2014, his brothers Marshall and Anthony DiTullio and his sister Lucy Blandine.
