Robert Lewis Wilson Jr. Age 72 of Canonsburg, died unexpectedly Thursday April 12, 2012 at his residence.
He was born June 30, 1939 in Washington a son of the late Robert and Laura Meeks Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a graduate of Washington High School and had served with the United States Army. He had been employed at the former Gimbels Department store in Pittsburgh. He had been an avid stamp collector.
Surviving are two nieces; Rosetta Wilson of Washington and Anna Strickland of Thonotosassa Florida and his extended family members and best friends Joseph and Rachel Mary Sanpietro and Fred Benson with whom he made his home the passed twenty two years. He was the last of his immediate family. Deceased in addition to his parents is a brother John H. Wilson. Services and interment are private and entrusted to Salandra Funeral Service, Inc. Joseph P.
