Regina Darlene Lehner age 68 joined the love of her life Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 18, 2011surrounded by her family and love ones.
She was born on November 18, 1942, a daughter of the late Edward J. Hick and Betty Lee Knight Columbus.
Mrs. Lehner was a Christian woman, with a kind and loving spirit, a loving wife and mother who worked various jobs through the years.
She enjoyed traveling creating beautiful flower gardens and arrangements.
Most of all she enjoyed seeing and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, John W. (Jack) Lehner, six children, Bonnie Mowery Malpassi and Tim of McMurray, with whom she made her home with near the end of her journey, Lew Mowery and Katie of Amity; Becky Mowery Husak and Mark of Vestaburg; Jackie Lehner of Houston, TX.; John E. Lehner and Rose of Belle Vernon; Julie Telban and Jonathan of McMurray, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Connie Emmert and Jim of Bradenton, FLA.; Sheila Hardesty and Jim of Coconut Creek, FLA.; Pam Lindley of Scenery Hill, several nieces and nephews and her kitty G.G. (Gods Gift).
Friends will be received on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Salandra Funeral Service Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Brother Frank Menhart officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
