Nancy Sifinski age 74 of Strabane, passed away on Satrurday September 29, 2012 in Manor Care Health Services, McMurray.
She was born July 19, 1938 in Canonsburg, the daughter of the late Elmer and Louise Preaux Neely.
Mrs. Sifinski lived most of her life in Canonsburg and Strabane, where she attended Canonsburg schools, a member of Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church and was a member and bartender at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 553 of Strabane.
She loved cats and especially her cat "Kasey".
On August 21, 1958 she married her beloved husband of 54 years Edward Sifinski who survives. Also surviving are her son Joseph Sifinski of Houston, two daughters, Marcella Lynn Triebsch of Bridgeville, Tracy Cummins of Washington; six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome Tuesday October 2, 2012 from 9:30am to 11:30am the time of the service at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc.; Joseph P. Salandra owner/ supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120. Interment will follow at 12:30pm in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
