Mildred D. "Millie" Stultz, 93, of Bridgeville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Country Meadows Assisted Living.
She was born on July 2, 1920 in Fayette County, the daughter of the late Andrew and Sophie Depcrynski.
Millie lived most of her life in Canonsburg and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. She was an avid bowler, bingo player and great cook. She often sang along with Bobby Shawn's performances at Country Meadows. She thoroughly enjoyed watching harness racing on Meadows Live.
On October 17, 1939 she married Lawrence C. Stultz, who passed away on October 1, 1999.
Surviving are her beloved children, Laraine (Bob) Pruce of Canonsburg and Larry (Barb) Stultz of Washington; nine grandchildren, Sherri Pruce, Dr. Robert (Michele) Pruce, Matthew Stultz, Eric (Mackenzie) Stultz, Pamela (Andrew) Zanaglio, Tamara Geho, Jim Geho, Patrick Geho, and Jessica (Shawn) Stoler; twelve great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Millie was preceded in death by her two daughters, Patricia Geho and Jacqueline McClelland; her brothers, John and Andrew Depcrynski; and her sisters, Mary Dudash, Elizabeth Congelio, Ann Sheba, Carolyn Ellis, and Nellie Anastasiou.
Friends are welcome on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 2:00-8:00 PM in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra Owner/Supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg where departing prayers will begin at 11:30 AM on Monday, July 7, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12 Noon in St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish, 317 West Pike Street, Canonsburg. Interment will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Canonsburg.
