Michael Craig Pleskovich age 21 of McDonald died unexpectedly at 2:08 am Sunday May 16 2010 due to injuries sustained in a two vehicle accident on Route 50 in Mt. Pleasant Twp.
He was born November 17, 1988 in Mt Lebanon, Twp. a son of Michael L. and Barbara Cook Pleskovich with whom he made his home.
Michael was a 2007 graduate of Ft. Cherry High School where he was on the wrestling team. He had recently completed his junior year at Clarion University, where his double major was Environmental Geosciences and Geology. He was a lifetime member of St Patrick Church in Canonsburg and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother Bryan Michael Pleskovich at home, his paternal grandparents John and Velma Hoffman Pleskovich of Canonsburg and several aunts uncles and cousins. Deceased are his maternal grandparents Homer and Mary Boynes Cook.
Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8pm Tuesday in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor (724-745-8120) 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg where a blessing service will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday May 19, 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am in St Patrick R.C. Church. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
