Marlena DeThomas age 68 of Joffre, PA passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Mt. Lebanon Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. She was born June 7, 1952 in Canonsburg, the daughter of the late George C. and Rita May Klezia.
Marlena was a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. She ran a ceramic shop out of her home while doing electrical work on lamps on the side.
She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Bulger, PA.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband James DeThomas of Joffre; son James DeThomas Jr. and his wife Galia of Dubai; grandson Christian James DeThomas of Charleston, SC; brothers George Klezia III of McDonald and Kenneth Klezia and his wife Sharon of Canonsburg and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120.
