Margaret A. Graytok age 97 of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 5, 2024, in McMurray Hills Manor, Peters Twp. She was born March 27, 1927, in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Voytilla Canter. Mrs. Graytok lived most of her life in Canonsburg where she was a member of St. Oscar Romero Parish St. Patrick Church. Margaret attended the Western Area Vo-Technical School and prior to her retirement she had been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Home Health Care. Margaret had been a member of the Christian Mothers and Guild of St. Patrick and had served as an officer of the local Jednota Lodge. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. She married Andrew Graytok who passed away February 2, 1978. left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Bonnie ( the late Jack) Weslowski, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Barbara (Henry) Shuba of Akron, Ohio, Bernie (Linda) Graytok of Canonsburg, Paul (Dawn) Graytok of Wheeling, West Virginia and Alan (Patti) Graytok of North Strabane Twp, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was the last of her immediate family. Deceased in addition to her husband and parents is her granddaughter Jennifer Graytok, sisters Marie McCormich and Florence Maholtz, and her brothers George, Edward, James and Jack Canter.
Friends and family are welcome from 10 am until 12 pm pm on Saturday, May 11, 2024, in SALANDRA FUNERAL and CREMATION SERVICES, INC. Joseph P.
