Linda Sue Sigler age 53 of Charlottesville, Virginia formerly of Canonsburg passed away unexpectedly Sunday July 27, 2014 in her home. She was born June 17, 1961 in Canonsburg a daughter of John E. and Barbara L. Black Solensky of Canonsburg. Mrs. Sigler lived in Charlottesville for the past 27 years where she had been employed as a surgical nurse at the University of Virginia and was a member of the Church of the Incarnation. A graduate of St. Patrick School and Immaculate Conception High School Class of 1979, she graduated in 1983 with honors from the Washington Hospital School of Nursing.
Mrs. Sigler received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, with honors, in May of 1999 from Old Dominion University of Norfolk VA, where she graduated Magna cum Laude.
On June 8, 1985 in St. Patrick Church, she married Eric M. Sigler who survives. Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are her two beloved children Rachel Amelia Sigler of Richmond, VA and Austin Joseph Sigler of Charlottesville, VA., her mother in law Dorothy Sigler of Conway, PA., many aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends. Deceased is a brother John E. Solensky II and sister Anna Mae Solensky who both died in infancy and her father in law, Roger Sigler.
