Kenneth L. Corey

Kenneth L. Corey age 61 of Canonsburg passed away on Monday, February 25, 2013 in Canonsburg General Hospital following a six month illness. He was born September 17, 1951 in Syracuse, New York, a son of the late Kenneth and Lillian Corey. Mr. Corey lived in Canonsburg, for the past 31 years and was a member of Houston Untied Presbyterian Church. He was employed in sales at Sam's Club and was very active in the Robinson Rotary. He was a volunteer for Partners In Healthcare and enjoyed gardening.
On October 17, 1981 he married Eileen Hemphill Frye who survives. Also surviving are son, Eric (Debbie) Frye of West Alexander, two daughters; Jill(Rich) Rutkowski of Canonsburg and Lisa (Rob) Bistle of Washington, six grandchildren; Dustin and Danny Patrick, Jacob(Lindsay) Fisher, Eric Frye Jr., Kayley and Rachel Rutkowski and two great grandchildren Braylen and Vincenzo.
Friends are welcome from 6-8pm Wednesday in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120 where services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, February 28, 2013 with Reverend C.J. Haury offciating. Private interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
