Josephine "Josie" "Chookie" Sullivan

Josephine “Josie” “Chookie” Sullivan age 84 of Bridgeville passed away peacefully Wednesday September 7, 2022, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon Twp. She was born April 20, 1938, in Atlasburg a daughter of the late Anthony Sr. and Josephine Romeo Sartori. Josephine was raised in Muse and graduated from Cecil High School class of 1956. She was a Christian and had been employed with the Communication Workers of America for 31 years in Southern California. Prior to that she had been a practical nurse employed by John J. Kane Hospital and MayView State Hospital. Josie was an avid reader. Left behind to cherish her memory is her beloved brother Edward Sartori of Cecil and her stepdaughter Dianne Sullivan of Seattle Washington, sister-in-law Sandra L. Sartori of Canonsburg,and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents is her husband Joseph Sullivan, her beloved children Michael and Nichol Novakosky, sister, Anita M. DeCesare, and brothers Anthony “Butch” Sartori and John Sartori.
