Joseph Elsleger age 64 of Washington, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 11, 2010 in his home.
He was born November 2, 1946 in Canonsburg the son of Gladys Bennett Elsleger of Canonsburg and the late James A. Elsleger.
Mr. Elsleger was a graduate of Canon- McMillan High School class of 1965, was a member of the Army National Guard and Reserves, graduated from Pittsburgh Business Institute, and retired from Joy Manufacturing.
He was very family oriented, enjoyed working on his home, garden, his computer and other electronics.
On March 21, 1975 he married Barbara Brosick, who survives.
Also surviving are son, Joseph "Joe" Elsleger at home; sister, Janice Elsleger and brother, James D. "Jimmy" Elsleger both of Canonsburg.
At the request of Joseph's family visitation and services will be private and burial will be held at Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg. Arrangements are entrusted to Salandra Funeral service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120.
