John T. Livolsi age 64, formerly of Eighty Four, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Washington Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born on March 23, 1947 in Canonsburg, the son of the late John P. and Agnes B. Dobbin Livolsi.
Mr. Livolsi was a sergeant with the Untied States Air Force as an Aircraft mechanic, after his honorable discharge; he worked as a welder for Aero Nuclear Corporation.
He was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed watching Steelers Games.
On November 27, 1970 he married Deborah "Debbie" Coates, who survives.
Also surviving are son, Sean T. (Cherie) Livolsi of Blairsville; daughter, Nicole A. (Jim) Fields of Centreville, Maryland; five grandchildren, Victoria and Joseph Livolsi, Isabella, Chloe and Ava Fields; a sister, Mary Elizabeth (Norman) Boroch of Houston and two nieces, Michele Cerciello and Danielle Diehl and five great nieces and nephews, Noah and Emily Cerciello and Lindsey, Madison and Cameron Diehl.
At the request of John there will be no public visitation. Entombment and committal with Rev. Dave Baker will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville; at 2:30 PM on Friday, February 3, 2012, please meet family at information center at 2:15 PM, full military honors will be accorded by the combined honor guard VFW Post 191 of Canonsburg and American Legion Post 902 of Houston. The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Hospice Care of The Washington Hospital 155 Wilson Ave. Washington, Pa. 15301-9986.
