North Strabane

Jeffrey B. Kozak age 57 of North Strabane Twp. passed away peacefully, Monday February 17, 2025, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born April 30, 1967, in Washington, a son of the late Bernard James and Nancy Jane “Nunnie” Cannon Kozak. Jeff lived his life in Canonsburg and was Presbyterian. He was a graduate of Washington High School and the ARC Program, where he was employed until July of 2019. Jeffrey enjoyed office work, using pencils, pens and paper. He was an avid Steeler and NASCAR fan, who loved loud rock music and Michael Jackson. He was a member of the VFW Post 191, the Russian Club and the Labor Temple and loved sitting on the porch with his Rottweiler Bella, listening to music and waving at the cars going by the house. Jeff loved life and also loved everone that came into his life, unconditionally. He also leaves behind Kiki, his fat cat. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers David A. (Dolly) Kozak and Donald (Lilly) Kozak and his sister and caretaker, Debbie (Bernard) Chappo, all of Canonsburg, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Deceased in addition to his parents is his brother James “Jimbo” Kozak.

Family and friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday, February 20, 2025, at SALANDRA FUNERAL and CREMATION SERVICES, INC. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg (724) 745-8120 where funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday February 21, 2025.
