Janet A. Lyon, 85 of Deming, New Mexico, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 8, 2018 in New Mexico.
She was born on June 6, 1932 in Canonsburg to Arthur and Mary Campbell Totterdale who preceded her in death.
On November 30, 1973 she married George R. Lyon, Jr. who passed away in July of 2011.
She is survived by her five daughters, Brenna, Brenda, Vicky, Eileen and Renie, ten grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Janet will be reunited in heaven with her husband and parents, her son Eric Gazvoda, a brother Ronald Totterdale and her grandson Joe Darras.
She will be deeply missed and never forgotten by all who knew and loved her.
Friends are welcome from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM, the time of services, on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, LFD, owner/supervisor and Darla A. Tripoli, LFD, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120. Interment will follow after services in Forest Lawn Gardens in McMurray.
