Helen Graytok, 83, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2015.
Visitation and a Mass of Christian Burial were held in Mesa. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2015 in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray.
