Fred "Junior" Costanzo

Fred "Junior" Costanzo Jr. age 81 of Houston passed away Monday August 12, 2013 in Manor Care in McMurray with his family by his side. He was born February 27, 1932 in Canonsburg a son of the late Fred and Florence Chaido Costanzo. Mr. Costanzo lived his entire life in the Houston and Canonsburg areas and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Canonsburg High School class of 1949 and had been employed at Teledyn in Carnegie. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Bears in Meadowlands, the Houston Independent Club and the Moose Lodge of Canonsburg, where he had tended bar for many years prior to his retirement.
Mr. Costanzo is survived by two sisters Pauline Manko of Bridgeville and Mary Bier of Houston, a brother Sam Costanzo of Levittown, a sister- in- law, Eileen Costanzo and many nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents is a brother Joseph P. Costanzo and a sister, Frances Eonda.
Friends are welcome from 2-8pm Tuesday August 13, 2013 in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor 304 west Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where departing prayers will be recited at 10:30 am August 14, 2013 followed at 11am by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.
