Eveline Seyerle age 79 of Canonsburg passed away at 9:45am Tuesday March 20, 2012 in her home. She was born March 5, 1930 in Pittsburgh a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Hajdu Engle.
Mrs. Seyerle was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg. She had been employed at both United and Barsodi's Bakeries and was last employed as a data processor for Jefferson Health Systems.
She is survived by her son Raymond P. Seyerle with whom she made her home a granddaughter Colette P. Dell and her sister Mary Ann Whalen of Pittsburgh. Deceased are her daughter Roberta Seyerle a son Robert Joseph Seyerle who died July 18, 1991 and her former husband Raymond M. Seyerle who died September 1, 2002.
Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8pm Friday March 23, 2012 in Salandra Funeral Service, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where a blessing service will be held at 9 am Saturday March 24, 2012. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am Saturday in St. Patrick Church with her nephew Fr. Whalen as celebrant. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Twp.
