Ethel M. Sewock age 86, of Houston, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 9:40PM in Golden Living.
She was born March 9, 1923 in Atlasburg, the daughter of Alonzo and Goldie Roach Crow.
Mrs. Sewock was a devoted homemaker.
She lived most of her life in the Canonsburg and Houston area.
Mrs. Sewock enjoyed cooking for her large family, also enjoyed bingo, playing cards and making quilts.
Her beloved husband was John Sewock, who passed away August of 1978.
Surviving are two sons, Jack (Joyce) Sewock of Canonsburg; Richard (Mary Lou) Sewock of Bridgeville; two daughters, Joyce Murray of Canonsburg; Irene (Douglas) Boyle of Houston; fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and six great-great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased besides her husband are son, John R. Przenkop, daughter, April June Lewis, two sisters, Mary Joseph and Margaret Crow and three brothers, Pete, Bud and Arley Crow.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Friends are welcome on Sunday, April 19, 2009 from 2:00 to 8:00PM at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/ supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 12:30 PM.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery Association, Burgettstown.
