Elizabeth Totterdale

Elizabeth Totterdale age 90 of Houston died Tuesday November 27, 2012 in Townview of Canonsburg. She was born November 22 1922 a daughter of the late William and Viola Modlinski Laskowski. She lived in Houston for the past 48 years.
Mrs. Totterdale had been employed as welder, a "Rosie the Riveter", during World War II at the Norfolk Virginia Ship yards. She had last been employed as a secretary at the former RCA plant in Canonsburg.
On March 26, 1949 she married Robert K. Totterdale who died January 18, 2010. She is survived by her daughter Denise L. Totterdale with whom she made her home, a sister Katherine (Gordon) Pastovich of Canonsburg and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her husband are five sisters; Eleanor Totterdale, Dorothy and Florence Leskowski, Gertrude Rogers and Dolores Ciehnoski and four brothers; Edward, Albert, Herman and Theodore Leskowski.
At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation or services. Private interment will be in Oak Spring Cemetery on Friday November 30, 2012.
