Catherine H. (Schneider) Denner

Catherine H. Denner, 93, of Mt. Oliver passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 in Rolling Fields Nursing Center in Conneautville, PA.

She was born on January 26, 1922 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Schneider.

The wife of the late Erwin Denner, she is survived by her two beloved children, Joseph E. (Mary Alice) Denner of Espyville and Mary Ann (Jimmy) McClory of Canonsburg; sister, Ann DeBold of Maryland; daughter-in-law, Suzanne Denner of Scott Twp.;  sister-in-law, Freida Jayson of Finleyville; 10 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was a devoted, loving grandmother to all of her precious grandchildren.

Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents is a son, Earl L. Denner; brother, Lawrence Schneider; and two sisters, Rose Carney and Helen Miller.

Friends are welcome from 10-11:30 on Thursday in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where departing prayers will begin at 11:30.  A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12 Noon in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, 300 Pike Street, Meadow Lands.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mt. Oliver.
