Bertha Marie Morris

Bertha Marie Morris age 93 of Canonsburg passed away peacefully Saturday December 10,2022, in TownView Heath and Rehabilitation Center Canonsburg. She was born January 17, 1929, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Jacob and Minnie Napotnik Pavcic. Bertha was a graduate of Trinity High School, and a devoted member of St. Patrick Church of St. Oscar Romero Parish in Canonsburg. She was a homemaker who enjoyed polka dancing, walking around Canonsburg and most of all, spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Berta was a lifetime member of the SNPJ Lodge 138 in Strabane. On September 17, 1955, she married Steve Morris who passed away on June 30, 2006, after 50 years of marriage. Left behind to cherish her memory is her devoted daughter Stacey Little and her husband Ed of Canonsburg, her daughter in law Nancy Morris of Imperial, her four grandchildren, Jessica Morris, Cyndi (Ben) Miller, Lauren (Brad) Ike and Brian Little, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Bertha was the last of her immediate family. Deceased in addition to her husband and parents are her son David S. Morris, her brother William J. Pavcic and her sister Mildred (Millie) Hollister.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Peter V. Moulder IV, the nurses and staff of TownView and the OSPTA Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness during her time with them.
