Anthony John Hete age 45 of Houston, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 2, 2012 in his home.
He was born August 1, 1966 in Washington, the son of the late Andrew and Anna Marie Duke Hete Jr.
Mr. Hete was a self employed electrician, who lived most of his life in Houston and was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School.
He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and family, he also enjoyed hunting and in his earlier years coached little league baseball.
On June 1, 1986, he married beloved wife Wendy Cahill, who survives.
Also surviving are daughter, Shelby (Nicholas) Shannon of Hubert, N.C.; son, Cristopher Hete of Houston, sister, Kathryn (Ray) Waychoff of Houston; brother, Andrew C. Hete of Washington; two grandchildren, Gabriel and Bailee Shannon and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Deceased in addition to his parents is a nephew, Andrew C. Hete Jr.
Friends are welcome on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Peggy Shannon officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. In lieu flowers, family suggest donations be made in memory of Anthony John Hete in care of Salandra Funeral Service, Inc.
