Agnes Dettore age 86 of Canonsburg, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 9:41PM in Heritagy, Shadyside.
She was born on March 16, 1923, in Crabtree, Pa., the daughter of the late Walter and Josephine Snezik Kosharsky.
Mrs. Dettore was a member of St. Patrick Church and lived most of her life in Canonsburg.
She was a devote wife and father to her children due to the death of her husband at an early age.
Mrs. Dettore was strong, loving, caring and a survivor
She enjoyed life, cooking, gardening and sewing.
Mrs. Dettore was married to Thomas A. Dettore, Sr. who past away in 1968.
Surviving are two sons Thomas A. Dettore and James L. Dettore both of Florida; granddaughter, Christina Dettore and sister, Victoria (John) Golonka of Canonsburg.
Deceased are one son who died in infancy, one sister, Ann Kraus and three brothers, Frank, John and Michael Kosharsky.
Friends are welcome on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 24, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Salandra Funeral Service, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120, where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 9:00 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Patrick Church. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray.
